Hiroshima Food Diary - Hiroshima Station, Hiroshima Airport

Hiroshima Station -The must try Okonomiyaki. We didn't really go all out to search for this food cause we prefer sushi than any other things else. We happened  to be hungry after a trip to Iwakuni. We were at Hiroshima station and there is this new food court opening but we cannot enter as it was meant for invited guest. So we walk into ASSE shopping mall. We can only find Okonomiyaki restaurant and ok... we decided to try it out.  The verdict - Not so bad. It taste like wok fried egg noodles. If you are a Singaporean, I am sure you ever eat that at the hawker centre "zhe char" store. This taste like Sin Chow fried noodles. Well, I must say it is good. But we will not have a second round cause we prefer those ramen or sushi.
Hiroshima Station - Hiroshima style ramen & Hiroshima style cold dried ramen with sesame sauce for dip. The soup ramen is quite ordinary. Just that they use a special kind of light soya sauce to use it as their soup base. I find the dried noodles more interesting. It is a cold noodles. I like the sesame sauce with a little chilli in it. Quite tasty. Yes, may like a 2nd try, but no time for it. This is my 1st and last bowl in Hiroshima.
Hiroshima Airport - Muffin with strawberry fillings. Saw quite a lot of Japanese buying from this store and decided to try out. I do not know why they like it. 300Yen. I guess the snacks from convenience shop taste better.

Hiroshima Airport - Our breakfast when we just arrive Hiroshima. Very ordinary. Coffee is good though. But in Japan, all coffee is good.
